? about Fly's stuffed shells...
I want to make them but don't have ricotta... would they still be good or should I wait and make them when I have it? If you have made them without, did you use something as a substitute? THANKS!

i think the ricotta is kinda crucial personally
that reminds me that i really need to retake a photo for that post...
I'm going to wait... I'm too lazy to start now and i don't want to risk it!

2. Why didn't you call me?! I have both cottage and cream cheese I would gladly give you. In fact, I have way more cream cheese than I ever need (long story which involves the yellow coupons at HEB.)
