So Nervous!
A house we liked just dropped $10G so I think we are going to bid on it. We bid one time, but they didn't counter so we were waiting for it to drop again. Its about to go to forclousure so we were hoping we can get a great price. I am so nervous, stomach in knots!! Its super nice, something I never dreamed we could own, the people that owned it maxed out its value so it has so many new looking things, pool, etc we could litterally just move right in. Wish me luck!
