Okay...I need your opinions

I'm not happy to have to be posting this...but I figure there's very little about me that you guys don't already know.  It's time for me to admit that the hair on my upper lip has gotten dark enough to be noticeable.  I got a brow and bikini wax today, and the lady suggested I do a lip wax too.  Sure, it's her job to notice these things...but still.  I was hoping that only I could see it because I'm overly critical of myself.

Anyways...what would you do?  Wax or bleach?

  • I'm not afraid to admit that I have this ummm...issue  I'm all Italian so it's a given...LOL!  I like to wax and just be rid of it.  But recently my mom gave me some of those pads that rub the hair away and I think I'm gonna try those next time.

  • I use hair removal cream from Avon (when not pg) and it works great.

    here it is http://shop.avon.com/shop/product.aspx?pf_id=36358

they also have a sensitive too. I don't sell anymore but I think you can buy directly online.

Ooh!!  And it's certainly cheaper than waxing!  I'm sure I could google it...but why not when pg?

  • they say you shouldnt use any depilatories while pg. I probably will once I am out of 1st tri. Although because my skin went nuts last pg, I didnt use it because I was afraid of it burning or turning red. When not pg, I am fine. So we'll see.

  • I just have a little bit on the sides. I wax it myself when I do my eyebrows. I have a waxing kit from Sally's. It's messy, but cheap! :)

I use a cream to get rid of mine (nair for face), or pluck with tweezers (but that takes too long and is painful!).  I would love to be able to get it waxed though, just dont have the money for that now.
