DH annoys me when...
...he insists on watching a baseball game on the big living room TV (because he REALLY wants to watch it) and then falls asleep by the second inning.
I'm a baseball fan too, but I'd rather watch a movie or a show we have on DVR on a Saturday night. But no - we NEED to watch the Mets-Giants game. Except that he's been asleep since the second inning, and now I'm upstairs playing on the computer.
I wish he would just admit that baseball puts him to sleep and watch the game from bed!
And the kicker is that he tries to tell me I'm not a real fan because I don't watch every televised game - he doesn't watch them either! Sure, they are on the tv, but he is never awake so that doesn't count!

Lol!! That's too cute! And annoying.
I'm sometimes annoyed when DH hooks the computer up to the tv to watch a baseball game. Cuz, yes, i love the Red Sox too, but i can't always watch a full game and start to get bored and would like to check my email or look something up...but i can't.
Now i have a laptop, so problem solved.

Meg, I'm like you - I can't just sit and watch a game without doing something else. Baseball is great "background" tv - unless it's the playoffs it won't grab my full attention.
Oh, that would annoy me too. Although, in my case, it would be because it's a GD Yankees game.
I have to admit that I routinely fall asleep watching TV. Last night, we were watching an episode of The Wire on DVD. Even though it was a great episode, I couldn't keep my eyes open long enough to finish. Will have to finish the last 20 or so minutes today. And there is another show we watch where the announcer's voice is like an instant sleep-inducer for me. I am usually lights-out within minutes for that one if we watch it at night.
Ooo, especially last nights game, that was pretty bad.
DH knows that if he falls asleep he loses control of the remote.
