I LOVE SCRAPBOOK PAPER

I went to Jo-Ann's today to look at scrapbook paper for my bathroom and I came out with $10 worth. I am so in love and need more frames for what I got.

Here's the stash:

The green and yellow on the bottom right are two different pieces, a textured goldenrod and a swirly patterned green. The one on the bottom left didn't photograph too well, the pattern is actually a lot more subtle and it kind of matches the swirly, vine-y stuff on the shower curtain.

I also found this frame in one of my boxes so I'm going to use it, probably with the swirly green vine-y one on top of the yellow:

And, for reference, here's the area where I'm putting stuff. It's kind of hard to see because there wasn't much room to back up and get a picture but the toilet is in a narrow alcove between a wall and the shower and it just seems so barren. The walls are an offwhite and there is white trim:

Re: I LOVE SCRAPBOOK PAPER

  • I love that green swirly one.  Very cool!

I can't wait to see it all hung up.  I think it's going to look really great with all of that texture.

  • Thanks! That's high praise coming from you. :) I've been reading your blog all weekend. I think we have the same bathroom tile. That orangey/brown stuff.

I have to find my good scissors so I can make sure I cut the green swirly one neatly, and then I'll get it up. I think it'll be enough for that area, but I also have another blank wall in there so I think I'll use the other stuff in small frames.
