Thanks for posting.
I'm going to make your zucchini and fire-roasted tomato sauce this week. I'm on a constant search for good tomato sauce recipes.
Leigha - I know its not really cheating and I have no issues with cake mixes, it just feels too easy to me since I'm used to baking from scratch. Plus all the chemicals on the ingredient list scare me. If I'm going to eat something bad, I would rather it be sugar and butter, etc.
Steph - good luck with it, I think it might be my new favorite. I've already made it again without the shrimp this past time.
