Ironman Lake Placid this coming weekend!!!
I haven't been around much because I'm constantly on beginnertriathlete.com keeping tabs on the other racers for the Ironman.
I've been training for six solid months and I can't wait to make that 140.6 mile course my b!tch! 
Any Nesties in that area? We'll be there Thursday-Monday. Race Sunday. I'm athlete # 2366 if anyone wants to keep track onliiiine!!!!!
