Looking for sprayground, pool or even fountains
that kids can go it in Boston, walkable from Custom House. We are coming up for the week and I would really like to find something involving water. Doesn't have to be free, I will pay for it (within reason of course). Any suggestions? Oh, and when I say walking distance I mean up to 30 minutes walk. I used to live in Braintree and work in the Hancock Tower but I did not have kids at the time so I am not familiar with this stuff. Thanks ladies.

Re: Looking for sprayground, pool or even fountains
If you have a car, I highly recommend Beaver Brook Park in Belmont. There is a playground and a wonderful spray park there.
I believe you can pay to use the pool at the Colonnade Hotel. It is quite pricey but they have a half day rate that starts at 3.
I think there is a spray park at the Frog Pond as well. There is also a splash fountain at the Christian Science Building (near the Symphony T stop). There is also a pool in the North End. You may be able to purchase a day pass.
If you are up for a little bit of a drive on a rainy day, Coco Key Water Resort is great for young kids.
