Impatient!
I had a dream last night that I finally got my pro-pics. They were wonderful in the dream! So exciting. I looked through them with all of my family and we oooed and awwwed. Then I wake up, race to my email... and nothing.
I'm so anxious, bordering irritated. I know, editing takes time, blah blah, doing her best, blah blah, quality result, blah blah... I WANT MY PICTURES!!! AHHHHH!
I am starting to have crazy thoughts... like are they really bad?? Craziness!
Also, I REALLY want to do photo TY cards, so I am waiting. Now I"m feeling guilty that they're not done and I HATE having that over my head. I feel like "that girl"... the rude one that isn't appreciative and forever neglects TY notes.
Sorry, ladies. Pointless whiny post, but I'm REALLY ready to burst with the anticipation. You'd think I'd feel better after that rant.... Arg!

Vibes girl! Most principals here vacation most of July, then come back to campus and finish staffing the school the last week of July and into August. Maybe it's the same there. First years are usually hired aren't hired until then. Don't give up hope!

I am still waiting as well. My photog said 4-6 weeks, and I know its going to be closer to the 6 week mark. Up until the last few days, I haven't even thought about it too much. But now that the wedding memories seem so surreal, I definitely am itching to get the pics.
Luckily we should have our video in the next week or so, so that should fulfull some appetite.
But the pictures we had from guests weren't the greatest, so I want to see more!!!
It almost feels like the wedding never happened... I need some proof!!! lmao.

I love our photographer- don't get me wrong. But she said 4 and it's been over 5. I almost wish she would have just said 6 so I wouldn't be so anxious. OK- I'd probably be just as anxious.
Wifey- I'd be ridiculously hard to live with if I was expecting them after the HM. She probably just underestimated the work involved in editing.

I had a brand new photographer too and she said 2 weeks. It ended up taking her a little over 3 which is still good but that last week I was getting really anxious.

That is so frustrating Amber! I knew our photog would take a while to get our images back, just to surprise us by sending them earlier than we thought! Although, that said, we're waiting for our CD of images that he "sent last week" hmm....yes. Anyway, I feel lucky that we can see the pictures!
I would be MAJORLY impatient if I were you. Are TP's in order?
Have you talked with her? I'd be going even more crazy if it was AFTER the date promised! Hell, I'm tempted to email now that we're "in the window" of her time frame (4-6 weeks).
