As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My Good News
Sorry this took so long, I had some phone calls to make.
As you guys may remember, MH and I own a townhouse that we had on the market forever and it never sold. So we have a renter in the townhouse. On Saturday night an old neighbor (who lived two houses up from us in the townhouse complex) sent me an email asking if my townhouse was still for sale.
She just came to meet with me and is going to buy it!!! She's going to buy immediately (probably close sometime early September) and assume the lease of the renter, who will be living there until next June. I am SO excited. I'm even getting more out of it than I originally anticipated getting!
(If you're curious why she would leave her's and buy ours, her's was a 3 bedroom and she never liked the layout, but she always loved my 2 bedroom and when it was on the market last year she tried so hard to sell her's so she could buy mine but it never worked out).
Re: My Good News
The best part is, we'll now have the cash to do two things to the house we've been wanting to do every since we bought it - Change the kitchen counters to quartz and finish the upstairs bonus room.
Of course, now MH has come up with even more ideas of things to do in the future (including adding a 3 car garage and making our current 2 car garage additional living space) but that's going to wait.
I'm so excited right now.
