So touching
I got a TY card from a girl who graduated hs last month. I made her a college care package for her gift and wrote her a card with some advice for college and telling her to call me anytime she needs to. She's going to be about 90 mins away.
I babysat her since she was 6 years old and she and her brother were in her wedding. They're such great kids.
Anyway, the card totally made me cry. She said she considers me to be her big sister and thanks me for everything I've taught her over the years and for being her role model. She says she remembers crying because I was considering going to Boston for college. Anyway, I was just so touched to know that someone considers me so important in her life!

that is so sweet.
i know i had a girl here i babysat untill she was 15 or 16 and then she went to live with her mom in another town. i have lost touch with her but i am friends with her on fb and her mom let her do whatever and on her pictures she was drinking at like 17 and going to parties. it is so sad.
