As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: My awesome former boss!
So, my former boss (my first research lab) is getting a lot of publicity lately with his development of a material to clean up the oil in the gulf!!! AND I was in the lab when we discovered and first started characterizing this material!
They just started implementing it in the gulf oil spill and so far they've had a lot of success (it's cheap, has a high capacity for oil, and you can re-purify the oil it captures and reuse the material!) Here's an article about it if you are interested!
