They've got a decent summary and it looks like they are updating it as they process the report, so I won't C&P the whole article here in case it changes as the night goes on.
Looks like some abuses of power and ethics violations - not a surprise. No criminal violations though, so I don't think this makes it to October surprise level.

I wonder if Wooten is going to take action now, with all of the info this report dredged up....
So....this just proves that she's a politician just like the others. Anyone who is surprised by abuse of power/ethics violations made by a politician and would vote against the McCain ticket because of this is living in a dream world.
True....but that just proves my point. Anyone who believes anything a politician says is living in a dream world....and sorry Zoe, but that includes Obama too.
