Voting Poll

1. Did you vote today?

2. Does work give you time off to vote?

3. If you want to share, are you voting Democrat, Republican, or other? (In the primary you have to choose one or the other).

4. Do you always vote?

5. Anything else?

Re: Voting Poll

  • 1. Did you vote today? No, I will after work. I had to come into the office today. Ick.

    2. Does work give you time off to vote? Actually, yes. We get 30 minutes off before or after work to vite.

    3. If you want to share, are you voting Democrat, Republican, or other? Republican

    4. Do you always vote? Yes! I've only missed 2 elections since I registered to vote--the 96 Presidential election and a primary about 4 years ago.

    5. Anything else? You cannot whine about the government if you don't vote!

    1. Did you vote today? I will be after work.

    2. Does work give you time off to vote? not officially, but I am anyway.

    3. If you want to share, are you voting Democrat, Republican, or other? I am voting for people of various parties/affilations, primarily on the conservative-libertarian side of things.

    4. Do you always vote? I don't vote in 100% of the elections/referendums, but I do try to make sure I vote most of the time.

    5. Anything else?  Even with all the talk of change and ousting incumbents going around, I don't think too much will change.

D'oh! You are right. I do this every primary. I keep thinking I can choose every person I want regardless of party in they're in. I'll be voting in the Republican.

  • 1. Did you vote today? Nope

    2. Does work give you time off to vote? hahahahaha!

    3. If you want to share, are you voting Democrat, Republican, or other? (In the primary you have to choose one or the other). n/a, I'm independent anyway

    4. Do you always vote? I haven't voted since before I moved 4.5 yrs ago. Prior to that, I only voted in Presidential elections via absentee ballot for my vision.

    5. Anything else? IMHO, I'll vote when I have somebody worthwhile to vote for.

    1. Did you vote today? I did

    2. Does work give you time off to vote? not really, I went on lunch

    3. If you want to share, are you voting Democrat, Republican, or other? (In the primary you have to choose one or the other). I vote where I feel I can encourage a desired outcome

    4. Do you always vote? Not always, but I try to as much as I can

    5. Anything else? I'd love to go home right about now. I think we should vote for a mandatory 3 day weekend every week! Wink

  • 1. Did you vote today? Yes

    2. Does work give you time off to vote? I don't know. I went during lunch.

    3. If you want to share, are you voting Democrat, Republican, or other? (In the primary you have to choose one or the other). Republican

    4. Do you always vote? Yes

    5. Anything else? Nope
  • 1. Did you vote today? Yarp. Voted ~7:45AM before work

    2. Does work give you time off to vote? No, because polls are open 7-7, so unless you're scheduled for a 12 hour shift Hmm there's enough time in there to vote. But yes, my boss knew if I was late, its because I was voting. I beat him into the office though!

    3. If you want to share, are you voting Democrat, Republican, or other? (In the primary you have to choose one or the other).  Democrat. I have been handed a Republican ballot before. Confused I had to tell them "yes, I know I live in East Cobb, but we really DO exist here."

    4. Do you always vote? EVERY time. I have a BA in politics. It was kinda ingrained.

    5. Anything else? I will not be sorry to see the politico ads die off. I can actually see my DH begin to lose his mind in the last week.

    1. Did you vote today? no

    2. Does work give you time off to vote? I don't work, so theoretically I could go whenever I wanted to.

    3. If you want to share, are you voting Democrat, Republican, or other? (In the primary you have to choose one or the other). If I were voting, it'd be Democrat.

    4. Do you always vote? Used to be yes, until today

    5. Anything else? I would vote today, but I refuse to vote unless I am informed about the candidates and I know nothing about Georgia politics. I need to brush up before the next election. Besides, why do I feel like I ONLY saw ads for Republicans? Do Democrat candidates exist down here?!

  • 1. Did you vote today? No--haven't had time

    2. Does work give you time off to vote?  Yes, in theory, but I've had meetings all day

    3. If you want to share, are you voting Democrat, Republican, or other? (In the primary you have to choose one or the other).  Always Democrat in the primaries but have been known to vote a mixed ticket in the general

    4. Do you always vote? almost always

    5. Anything else?  I tend to vote more Democratic in the south--being from the north, the Democrats down here are more like the Republicans up north and the Republicans down here tend to be too conservative for my taste.

  • 1. Did you vote today? Yes (yesterday)

    2. Does work give you time off to vote? IDK, but it's a moot point since I don't come in at 7 am. I voted before work.

    3. If you want to share, are you voting Democrat, Republican, or other? (In the primary you have to choose one or the other).  D

    4. Do you always vote? Yes.
