DH is out with work so I made a sandwich and an apple. Well, I didn't make the apple, but I cut it up. lol.

  • My DH is up in the air right now. I made a hot dog and baked beans because I was really hungry when I got back from my jog and I knew they'd cook quickly.

    I'm having some dumplings in noodle soup with veggies.  I swear it could be a billion degrees outside and I will still crave noodle soup.

    Well my reason is I'm pregnant. There no room in there!

    I thought of you the other night when I made noodles! I cooked rice noodles with shrimp, scallions, chili oil, pineapple, and cherry tomatoes. It was delish!

    smal, that noodle dish sounds awesome!  Did you use a recipe or just make it up on your own?

  • I just made it up- put in all the stuff I was craving haha! The measurements were sort of "a hand full of this and a handfull of that", except for the chili oil (about 1 tbs), and mix it all in with the noodles. I didn't use broth, but I bet it would be yummy with that too.
  • I had a turkey dog, and some avocado and bean dip.  I needed to eat something quickly so I had enough time to get on the treadmill.
  • I was a big huge disaster last night and we ordered pizza from our fave place (Anna's!) AND got french fries. So gross!
  • We had kielbasa - nom.
  • We had marinated steak tips, rice pilaf and green beans from our garden!!! (I don't mean to gloat but i think its great we can make something grow in our yard and eat it.)
