I saw this yesterday. It is part of the Current TV Vangaurd documentary news series. It is an appalling and heartwrenching story concerning homosexuality in Uganda and legislation to sentence some people to death.
I cannot believe that Uganda has a minister who is filled with more hatred than those at WBC.

I just don't understand.
It is particularly infuriating, that with all of the horrific, inhumane, unethical crap that is happening in African countries right now, stopping homosexuality is at the top of the priority list for the government in Uganda. It makes me lumpy in the throat.
see that's the thing, jen. they believe that the gay is responsible for horrific things, like raping children and horrid sex acts.
Ah. Being attracted to the same sex automatically predisposes you to mistreating and disrespecting others sexually. And abusing children. Makes sense when you think about it I guess.
Also funny how one of the biggest problems continues to be sexual violence against women, by men. Those darn gays, always raping women.
