I really do not like it. The one where the girl goes, "You know that thing we've been working on for a while now?"

And he says, "Really? no way!" and she nods.

I mean, Dh would be like, "Huh?" if I broke the news to him that way. He was clueless enough with the "I'm gonna be a big sister!" tee on our dog...

I don't like it either. I know that the point it is more personal than just a regular phone to phone call, but it irritates me.

I don't like those ads in general. I find them grating. But I have a special place in my hate box for the ads where they lock a woman in a glass box and make her clean it. Pledge I think. I mean really? In one she wants to go pick up her kids, but she can't leave until she cleans everything in the box. And they didn't see how that might be kind of offensive? Totally weird!

Well if we're going to bash annoying commercials in general, DH and I have noticed lately that there are several commercials that we've seen multiple times and still have no idea what they're for. We finally started making a concerted effort to pay attention and every single one of them is for a phone company and make no sense at all. They're almost as bad as perfume commercials.

Totally agree. That one is awkward and weird.

I will say that I love 2 of the new Iphone commercials:

1 - the new dad talking to the new grandpa

2 - the deaf people that are signing their whole conversation

I just saw this tonight, its super awkward! On a somewhat related note, I can't stand the Charmin commercials with the bears. I know they're animals and I know its animated, but I just think its really weird that they show how how cheap tp chaffs and them wiping their as$es
