Hello Coworker, have you forgotten the rules? Listen to your country station for the hour BEFORE I GET HERE and then change it to something reasonable!! It's been 15 minutes of pure torture! I've already got a headache, your twangy music is not helping!

Its a music free zone in my office we all have headsets for a reason! That way none of us have to share our music preferences!! Glad she changed it for you but I do love me some country but I promise I would never try to make you listen ma'am!!!
I love country and I got that from a co-worker that I shared an office with. She got control of the radio and I got control of the heat.
At my last job I used to have to change my country station at 3pm because the other ladies in the office didn't like the DJ's voice. I used to never notice when it was 3 and had to apologize on my way out. It was always just background noise. Otherwise I used to pay attention to EVERY other noise in the office.
I like country, but no one in my office listens to music without headphones...
Ahh government life.....where you can't wear scented hand lotion or listen to music. Rules for everything....

I love Country music, BUT I would never make anyone listen to it if they didn't like it.

It bugs me when people say that they'll listen anything but country because country is inferior to all other music. They don't care that I can't stand their music, and I don't think a genre's worth is something that can be objectively measured, so I punish those people.
