Anyone try re-dying black clothes before?
i have umpteen articles of black clothing that i love but are fading into looking sloppy. i'd like to re-dye everything, but have a feeling the mess involved would have me looking like i murdered a squid.

Yes to RIT. I think you should be fine as long as there's only one type of fabric in the article of clothing. Natural fibers (especially cotton) will take it well, synthetics less so, or not at all.
Watch for spills on the inside of your machine that doesn't wash off on its own, like the inside lip of the lid.

Sometimes I wonder if scientists have never seen a sci-fi movie before. "Oh yes, let's create a super species of deer. NOTHING COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG." I wonder if State Farm offers a Zombie Deer Attack policy. -CaliopeSpidrman
