As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I just had to hire somebody!
That is a weird feeling!
As you guys know, I got the promotion to the director position in my department. So, we had to interview people for the associate director position, which is what I had been doing all year. We had a committee who did the interviews, but the final decision was up to me since I will be directly supervising this person and working with them every day.
it was hard! It's such a big decision and will drastically affect someone's life, which made it even harder.
Anyway, it's done. Now I just need them to start so I can train them before I have to go out on maternity leave!
