Basic rundown:
She played a politician on TV, and now Geena Davis, who did a short stint as America?s first female president on ?Commander in Chief,? is California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger?s appointee for the Golden State?s Commission on the Status of Women. If confirmed by the state Senate, Davis will take the position for four years at the decidedly non-Hollywood rate of $100 per day.
I love me some Geena. There are not a lot of celebs that I think should go into politics, but she is one I could definitely get behind.
