Re: Meatloaf Recipe
I have a simple on take the meat put it in a bowl then but one egg and a piece of bread salt and pepper mix it together and then put it in square pan and throw it in the oven until its done!
micro meatloaf
1.5lbs of ground beef
8oz can tomato sauce
1 egg
1 c oatmeal
1 T minced onion (fresh or instant)
1/8 t. minced garlic (can do garlic powder too)
1.5 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
combine, put into 9x5x2 pan. cook in microwave for 12-15 minutes until temp of 160 is reached. can put bbq sauce on top. enjoy.
We use the seasoning packet that comes with the bag. We just mix the meat and the seasoning packet together, form it into a loaf in the bag, and bake it until it is finished.
Mmmmm...meatloaf sounds delish!
good point!!!! Dry meat loaf is
for real! David once made it with a 90/10 and it wasn't nearly as good! Lots of sauce on that one....HAHA
