As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Why my boss sucks
Today I talked to my boss about our admin assistant. She has been on facebook and playing sudoku all the time lately. This wouldn't be a huge problem (hi, I'm on the nest) except that she hasn't gotten any work done in over a week. I am still waiting for her to do some small tasks for me that I assigned her LAST WEEK. When I ask her for an update, she says, she will get to it or that it has moved to the bottom of her priority list. Today I had enough and talked to my boss about this. His repsonse? There isn't much he can do about it and I will just have to keep asking her. NOTHING YOU CAN DO!??!?! What about talk to her, write her up, fire her! I'm so annoyed with this place. Okay, vent over.

What a weirdo! He's the boss. That means he gets to you know... BOSS her around.
If I were in your shoes, I'd be a passive aggressive *** and call her out to get her shiit done.

I caught my coworker looking at pictures on FB the other day. She hurried up and clicked off, but it was hilarious seeing her scramble.
I don't get bosses sometimes. It is his job to tell her what to do and what not to do.

The part that annoys me the most is that I have tried numerous strategies out. I have said to her when she is on facebook, "Since you have some free time, do you think you can finish X for me?" I have put files on her computer chair or keyboard so she has to move them and can't pretend to not see them.
My boss ended the conversation by saying, "at least she isn't knitting anymore". Because yes, that is what she did the first whole month she was here until I told her it wasn't really appropriate. I should mention that I do not in any way supervise her, she is the same age as me, and my boss likes to tell me all the time what a genius she is. ERRRRRRRRRRR
