Re: Pour some sugar on...
Good one Pam !!
I'm proud of myself for being such a great mom. I look at Loela and I amaze myself that I have been able to do it. With Joe's help yes.. but for the last 8 months - It's me picking her up from the sitter, getting her fed, getting her bathed - playing with her, CIO. Joe helps when I feel overwhelmed but overall we are raising a happy and healthy baby.
I always said I didn't want kids. However I look at her and Thank God for such a blessing.
I'm proud of myself for finally standing up to my brother and not taking any of his crap. I am also proud that i have grown up to be everything he thought i wouldn't be which was independent, successful and responsible so
to him!
I'm also proud of all the new reponsibilities i've take on in the past few years... buying a house, managing our bills, new job things, and now taking care of Gio.. i'm going to pat myself on the back bc even though I b/tch i still manage to get everything done with very little help from anyone.
Oh I like this one!!!
I am proud of myself for becoming a better wife and putting our marriage first. I have been trying to let the little things go and stop worrying if Art does things how I want. The important thing is that they get done.
I am also proud that we bought a house this year. I seriously never thought this would happen and wondered how we could ever afford a house. Well we are! Plus we bought a house in one of the most expensive states. We have done it. Yes, we have another 358 payments to go, but hey we made it so far.
Good idea!
I'm proud of the fact that I've actually resolved to exercise and eat better for good. I've been struggling with it for the last two to three weeks, but I know it's just a down time because I was doing so well before that. I know I ease into my schedule again and it's nice to know that I have maintained my weight in the last few weeks in spite of not exercising and eating a lot of sugar.
I'm also happy to feel more like my life is settling down work wise and that I have a career rather than just a job. I sometimes wish it happened a little sooner so maybe we could've bought a house this year, but I have to remember that I'm 25 and there's time for that especially in our HCOL area.
I'm proud of myself (ourselves) for buying our house. I never thought we would be able to get out from under our debt to do it, but we did and it feels so great.
I'm also proud of myself that I've been cooking more lately and it's all edible AND I am not burning the house down lol
I'm proud of myself for actually working out 3 times (so far) and eating healthy for the most part this week.
