Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Totally overwhelmed
Sorry I've been MIA but I'm totally overwhelmed at work right now. I got a new job, and it's a TON of work. right now i'm pulling 10 hour days, 7 days a week. I'm running into a bunch of problems getting the work done, (not my fault, just the nature of the job) and I'm just feeling really bad about everything.
Not to mention, hubby and I were planning to put our house on the market yesterday so we can move closer to my job and my family, and then we find out we can't get another mortgage!! WTF?!? My hubby is self-employed, and apparently you can't get a loan unless you've had your business for 2 full years. His has been running for 17 months. I'm so frustrated it's ridiculous.
Sorry for the vent...it feels good to type it all out!!!!

I'm sorry your so overwhelmed! I like Sara's suggestion, see if you can get one without your hubby on it.

We looked into getting the loan under just my income, but he makes way more than I do, so we couldn't buy what we wanted to buy. I think we've figured out some sort of loophole, so i'm praying things come through.
