Trouble with Canada Revenue and EI?
Who was it who had the CRA saying they owed money because of how EI was set up when her husband took paternity leave?
If you haven't tried this I just came across an article about the Taxpayer Bill of Rights. It's a set of 15 rights confirming the CRA will serve tax payers with professionalism and fairness. There is a Taxpayers Ombudsman you can contact 1-866-586-3839
I know you indicated you were going to just give up, but this might be worth a try.
