3 missed calls from DH
Tonight I went out with my two coworkers for a few drinks after work and of course this is the one night DH tries to call me - three times in fact. He's never called me before at this time of day. I'm really disappointed I didn't get to talk to him but even more upset that he didn't leave me a voicemail. Hopefully he'll be on the computer tomorrow during my lunch hour.

I can't even begin to imagine how hard that has to be. Last summer, DH was gone for just 2 WEEKS chaperoning a trip in Italy. I missed his call and I totally flipped out...I couldn't deal with that all the time - you are one strong lady.

Yes, I did get to skype with him over lunch. He looked so happy and kept smiling today - he hasn't smiled much since he's been there. But he had a bad experience yesterday. His first scuba dive didn't go well at all. I fell bad for him. He's been looking forward to learning how to scuba since last summer. I think he has two more dives but if they don't go better he won't get his diving certificate.
