So are we doing this today or not? Did anyone get hit by the storms last night or lose power? We didn't.
Re: It's Friday Randoms
All stoms went around us last night.
I'm freaking tired today though. It's been a long week and I'm exhausted but it was too tired in my house last night to sleep. And I was too stubborn to adjust the AC. And now I'm paying for it today.
I gotta say, I'm really over this summer. It's too *** hot.
And the heat makes me really crabby, can you tell?
I think my husband may move out soon. Not really... but I can't say I've been the happiest wifey this week.
We got some lightning/thunder and rain. Nothing exciting.
A crabby Kasa?! I don't believe it.
Whoo-hoo! Look at me, I am participating in The Randoms.
My brain is trying to escape from my skull. I have been wrestling to keep it inside my head past 15 hours. ugh. I'm going to see the doc in a few mins. I really hope he can give em something. Otherwise I may put my head through a wall.
Ha... yeah.
I just bought a chocolate muffin. I'm a little happier now.
Also, nice to see you in the randoms (and elsewhere on the board), Mira! Hope your head feels better soon. That sounds awful.
I had a great thunder and lightening show last night. It was great to fall asleep to.
We did loose power for about 5 seconds. Not long enough to be cool, but long enough to be annoying. I forgot that if there is no power I have no internet because of the router. This was the first time I've lost power in our house while I've been home.
I'd wear work gloves too, I played one time and got shot in the knuckle. That hurt more than getting shot anywhere else.
Layers!!! Ouch.
Oh, man. I went once for our work Christmas party, and I had on 2 pairs of sweatpants, a long sleeve tshirt and a sweatshirt and it STILL hurt being blasted with a paintball. I'm sure it was the fact that we played in a non-heated warehouse, so the paintballs were a little harder, but man. I had some wicked bruises. Still super fun though. I'm sure with it being hotter than heck will make it hurt a lot less. I second wearing gloves too. I was fortunate enough that my brother plays on a regular basis and let me wear a pair of his paintballing gloves (they're special gloves with hard plastic on your knuckles, totally worth it).
We're playing at TC Paintball in Grandville. Anyone know if that is indoors or outdoors?
Hi! Everything on track for the party?
I just realized we only have one more week left in July. The summer is going too fast, hot or not.
It's fun but it will hurt just to let you know. Yes jeans and long sleeve shirt are perfect
I'm good (except for this mother effer of a headache). Thank you for asking. Yeah I suppose I could find some pics of Gracie, after all the one in my siggy is 1.5 years old. lol
I can't figure out how you would do an injection without a needle. Also, if something is breaking my skin to put something in me...it's gonna hurt!
Yeah, I was wondering that too. Was it intended to help your headache in any way?
It works with high pressured air. . . or something like that.
Oh just googled it and found this:
The injector works by harnessing the
power of shape-changing crystals. Instead of
piercing the skin with a sharp piece of metal,
tiny jets of liquid are pumped out at speeds
sufficient to penetrate it.
I was so confusred but I think I get it now. I thought when Mira said "needless" she meant "not needed". And then I was thinking why get a shot if it wasn't needed.
But then I realized she meant needleless. Right?
I'm sorry it was painfull Mira
I have never heard of needleless technology until today though. Learn something new...
whoopies. I blame the drugs. But yes needle-less.
LOL needless would be painful too if you still had to pay.
Alrighty chicas i am signing off for the day, it is becoming very difficult to spell.
Feel better!
