URGENT! Saratoga/Clifton Park gals - need a rec...please!
I have a friend who has decided she wants to speak to someone about some things that have been going on and problems she's been facing. I'm really proud of her and am trying to get some recs for great places she can go. Just a really relaxing space where she can go speak with a therapist/counselor/etc. and get some help and feedback. (She has been struggling for years with IF if that helps recommend someone over someone else).

Is she seeing a fertility specialist already? I'm only asking because at my RE's office they offer a lot of recommendations for counselors as well as support groups. My Dr is through CNY Fertility. I would think that even if she doesn't go there that they might be able to point her in the right direction. They're very into holistic health/emotional well being and I'm sure they could refer her to someone who not only specializes in infertility but is just an overall good counselor.
She was seeing someone but has since left after unsuccessful IVF. Though it's a great idea to call and ask! Thanks!!!
