My great-aunt passed away yesterday. No condolences please, she was 95, lived on her own until 4 months ago when she suffered a massive stroke, since then she had been in a lot of pain and living on pain meds. It's really a blessing since she had NO quality of life.
So my question. It's hot as hell outside (as ya'll well know). John has two summer suits, seersucker and linen. The linen is a medium tan, very traditional. He also has darker colored suits, but again it's SO damn hot and they are both wool. Albeit year round wool, it's still over 100 each day and too hot for any type of wool in my opinion. Do you think that either of his summer suits are appropriate? I'm thinking no on the seersucker, but I don't see a problem with the linen. If he wears the linen he normally wears a green tie, so I'm thinking he'll need something more subduded. Thoughts?
Re: Fashion/Etiquette Question
Agreed.
And I'm still sorry for your family's loss. But I am glad that she lived such a fulfilling life!
Ditto everything Shoe said!
