  I will consider any type of workout, but to be totally honest any "stripper pole", regardless of where it may be, skeeves me out.  I'm sure it has to do with having seen them in appropriate use, and I know nekked people (okay, maybe I just hope) aren't using the training poles.  But still...

  I'm too afraid of looking like Kim G from the Real Housewives of NJ did when she did a pole class with Danielle. If you didn't see it, let's just say that it was neither sexy nor a good workout.

  We did this for my bachelorette party and it was actually a ton of fun in a group setting with lots of drinks.   In a serious setting though probably not for me.  I will say my arms got a great workout from it.

  my friends hired a girl from this company for my bachelorette party- she came to our house and did a lap dance tutorial. It was HILARIOUS. we all had to learn moves and practice them and stuff... much better then some sceezy male stripper.
