And now we're homeless. :(
The movers just drove away with two trucks full of all of our belongings. We will see them again in about a month. We will be spending a week in a hotel here. Next week we are driving my car to New Orleans to get shipped. We will spend about 10 days in South Dakota with DH's family before finally flying to Hawaii!
We've been busy the last few weeks preparing for the move, so I haven't had much time to talk on here and probably won't until we are finally settled in Hawaii. I've been reading this month's book, but I probably won't be able to participate in the discussions.
I'll see you ladies on the shores of Oahu in a few weeks!!!

All the best to you and your family as you move. I kind of know what you're going through a little bit as we are in the process of moving as well. But it's not even close to what in involves when you are moving across the ocean!
Wow, what an adventure! And I thought our move from CA to OK was a big step...
At least you get to "recover" from it all in paradise! Have a great visit with your inlaws and soon, you're toes will be in the Pacific blue!

This is a great time to be out of your house. Looks like the FLA hurricane season is brewing. Hawaii will be so amazing. Lucky, lucky, lucky. Are you spending any time in New Orleans or just a quick car drop off?
