Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

It's 1:20, where are you?
Because my husband just woke my brother and I up to go to the basement. I guess there is a pretty nasty storm headed straight for us in the next few minutes.
Wish us luck.
EDIT: We're still in the basement, but I guess the Tornado Warning was allowed to expire. We had 70+MPH winds, hail, and lots of thunder and lightning. There was a tornado about 7 miles north of us that touched down. No reports of damage yet; we're ok though.

Thats really scary, glad everythings ok!
I was in bed sleeping soundly. It used to be that tornados were something we read about or saw on tv out west, being in Maine it was unheard of here. Now everytime we have a good sized thunderstorm we have tornados. Not huge ones, I dont think theyve hit the F category yet, but its still really scary because its not something we prepare for at all because it didnt happen here.
