Well at least it's not Monday anymore. How is everyone?
Ok here. Nothing really exciting going on with me. MH is still sick. He left work early yesterday but seemed to be feeling a bit better this morning. Keeping my fingers crossed that he is getting over it. I have a semi busy day at work this morning and then work tonight at the restaurant. I'm probably taking Thursday or Friday off because I need to go to school and get my financial aid stuff taken care of sooner than later. Hope everyone has a good day!

DH has a follow up appointment for the surgery he had last month. I'm hoping they don't need to remove anything else today but he's thinking they may. If that's the case, I will have a crabby in pain DH when I get home.
Other then that, nothing horribly exciting going on. Trying to play catch up with all the work I left when I took vacation last week.
Morning! I'm so happy it's not Monday anymore and I hope this week goes by quickly.
Elizabeth I hope YH starts to feel better soon! And Mel good luck with YH...I hope he doesn't need "surgery" again.
There is nothing worse than a crabby husband! MH gets crabby everytime he is sick. Drives me insane!
morning ladies - my day is meh - I did some work this morning for a bar/club that I've been working on, yesterday I cleaned off my desk / work space, I'm sort of spinning my wheels even at 20 hours a week, so we'll see, this week I need to really start pushing my resume and portfolio, see what's out there.
They're filming a movie on the street by my office, so I can't park anywhere, so that was an annoying start to my day, but I'll be done in an hour so i really can't complain.
Hubs and I are trying to lose weight (for like the 100th time) but this is the first time my hubs has really been on board, so one week down and we're doing pretty well, so who knows maybe this time we'll really make a change in our lives - the kids are being drug along as well -they're trying a new vegetable at dinner every night this week - last night it was asparagus, despite their objections neither of them died from eating something "green"
Mel and Elizabeth - hope your husbands feel better soon
Good luck to you and YH! I think the hardest part about losing weight is feeling like you are alone. Trying new veggies is a great idea. Last year I was doing really good about trying new things and discovered I love squash, zucchini and just recently discovered I love blueberries!

GL to you guys Mandy! MH is recently complaining again about needing to get healthy so maybe I can get him on the bandwagon too. I have noticed with MH though that I've been able to get him to start eating different things and liking them. Not everything works but he's been doing pretty good at expanding his likes.
Were you guys ever able to decide on a name?
We still don't have a name. I have one I like and he has one he likes. And neither one of us is budging.

I was so exhausted last night i practically fell asleep sitting up. Plus Nick decided i should make his grandmas chicken paprikas recipe which takes hours to make. I dont think he understands i have zero time. Thank goodness i made the spaetzle last night.
Kristi, I hope you guys can come to some sort of agreement. Can you use one name as the first and the other as the middle? I'm sure you already thought of that if they sounded ok together.
Mel, that's great news for YH! I hope it doesn't get larger or start hurting.
