Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I need some wedding fashion help!
I don't know what to wear to a wedding we are going to on August 14th. It is going to be a bit more of a formal affair. It is being held at an old theater that has been restored. The time is 6:30, but it isn't a sit down meal. Just heavy apps (I think). Help me! I don't know what to wear!
Would something like this be ok? Or do I need to go dressier?

First off - how cool!!! I'm a huge theatre geek, so the venue sounds AMAZING to me. Please post pics when you get back
Second, if it's supposed to be more formal, I would worry that the material on the dress you posted (the stretch rayon/nylon blend) wouldn't be fancy enough for the event. Even with the sparkles, I worry it may look too dressed down.

I really like this one... I agree with SBS - I dont think the first choice is dressy enough for a formal wedding.
