Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

    I haven't. :(  My wedding was 8/8/09, and I am really, really hoping it will be in by next week so we can watch it on our first anniversary.  I emailed him last night to be sure he had the right address because he mentioned something like that on a previous blog.  However, no email back yet.  I will let you know when I get it!

  • Sorry to but in, but I haven't been able to get in touch with him either.  I e-mailed him 2 weeks ago about an extra dvd that he didn't send me and haven't heard back.  I hope you have your video in time for your anniversary!
  • He had emailed me 3 weeks ago saying that I "should expect my video within 10 days"-I have emailed him twice asking if we need to sign for the videos when they arrive and I haven't heard from him.

    Jsantilli-I was wondering if you had received yours and I'm sorry to hear that you have not.  Has he given you the "you should get your video within 10 days" bit? I don't get how he can promise me my video and yours was 4 months before mine-crazy! I hope you get yours for your anniversary!

    Njbride-I have emailed him a few times over the past 2 weeks with legitimate questions and have not heard from him either! His customer service is de not impressing me!

  • I didn't use him but I wanted to say how much it sucks that you still haven't gotten your videos. I remember when I first saw a big show that someone posted on the knot. I was like I have to have him. I did some number crunching and it just wasn't in the budget. I am SO GLAD that I didn't give up something else to afford his video. What a jerk! I feel bad for you guys!
  • Over the last four months or so he's been a hot topic on TK board because of this... hope that you ladies get your videos soon!
