We were just lamenting a few posts down that there aren't really any blogs that don't make us all feel inadequate! lol
I have had great luck with entertaining magazines published once a year by Southern Living, Southern Lady, Taste of the South. They provide complete menus, tips & hints, and great (achievable!) eye candy. I reach for them all the time as a jumping off point for my parties. (I've been stalking the magazine racks lately, thinking it's about time for this year's crop to hit the newsstands.)
I wonder maybe if there are any great entertaining books out there that people have found. I like Dorothy Draper's Entertaining is Fun...but of course it was written in 1941, so it's fun as a light read of, "oh, yeah, I should do that for next time," but it's nothing too serious.
