You have to take them out in the rain!!! For once, it's been raining ALL day and I'm watching the radar, waiting for a break in the rain and I think I missed it. I'm just sad I had to sleep through the rain because I did night shift. I love it when it rains all day.
sigh. poor chloe needs to poop. I will venture out soon. Now she's sleeping at my feet.

another downside to having a dog? Smelly, dog-farts. Brody farted the entire 4 hour drive down to Mississippi. We stopped at multiple rest stops to try to get him to poop, but he wouldn't. I had to stop at a Walgreens to get the most strong smelling man-spray I could find to try to cover up the smell. I don't know what was worse, Brody's farts or the designer imposter man-spray that made my car smell like a frat-boy!!!
I'm SOOOO glad that we have a fenced in backyard. We just have to open up the backdoor and let him go when he needs to!
Yeah we have the tiniest piece of backyard ever, and I'd love to fence in what we could, but then the lawn maintenence people couldn't get to it.
Chloe has horrible dog farts too. OMG. I love how she looks at her butt after she does it. LOL

haha! I've lived in the Raleigh area all of my life. I grew up and went to HS in Apex, and last year we were living in Durham while I went to graduate school at Duke.
Anyways, we just moved into a new apartment in Cary this month. I've been busy with work and have mostly been just lurking on the boards recently, hehe!

We also have a big backyard so no need to out in the rain for me! Just let Stella out to do her business.
Speaking of dog's and rain though, when Stella was a pup she refused to go outside in the rain. We used to have to hold a friggin umbrella over her head so she would venture out. We must have looked so stupid, two adults standing out in the rain getting soaked, holding a giant umbrella two feet above the ground so our precious little furbaby could have a pee. She is such a princess, it's just ridiculous.
Cool! I grew up in Cary and went to HS at Cary High. Except for a couple years at UNCW, I've always lived here also. I applied for grad school at duke, too. Just waiting to hear back! I'm trying to get my master's in nursing. What year did you graduate from Apex? I was 99 from Cary and my HH and my best friend were 2000 from Apex.
