It's time to make pesto. Where have you found pine nuts for not a crazy price?

Re: Pine nuts
Pine nuts have always been expensive in my experience. I even remember taking a cooking class in high school and the teacher talking about how expensive they were.
I have found them at Meijer in the baking aisle with other nuts.
This is where I get them as well. I haven't looked elsewhere though, so I don't know how Meijer's prices compare.
They are always expensive, but the best price I found last summer was at Meijers in the produce section. They were vacuum packed. Then they were in the back of the section, kinda near the garlic.
We get them at Meijer, too. I usually find them in a couple of different areas there - baking and hidden on an endcap in the produce area. One of those places has a container that's cheaper than the other, but I can't remember which it is.
Costco might have them, too, if you're a member. I keep meaning to check there.
Oh, yeah... that's where I found it at Meijer this year too!
I use walnuts as well in order to save money. I can barely taste the difference!

I've heard Costco carries them too (hit up GVSU to take you. HA!). Horrocks always has a good price. The last time I bought my stash I got them at Mediterranean Island on Kalamazoo by 44th Street.
