The Big O, with a splash

So, when I orgasm - at least from clitoral stimulation - I pee.  Anyone know if this is normal or if there is something I can do to prevent it?  I pee before I have sex, but still there is always a little bit that makes it out.

 Thanks, all!

  •   Talk to your doctor about this- it may be embarrassing but it may be able to be treated.  There is a condition called coital incontinence- I'm not a doctor  but I recently heard about this condition and didn't even know it existed.
  • It is NOT urine, It is physically imposible to urinate during sex. What you're experiencing is female ejaculation.

     Google and ye shall learn.

  • You mean you enjoy doing the maritals?

  • It may feel like you are going to urinate, but infact you are experiencing female ejaculation. You will notice that the fluid you produce does not smell like urine & will often be clear. I don't think it is urine.

"stimulation of the anterior vaginal wall involves simultaneous stimulation of the para-urethral tissue, the site of the Skene's glands and ducts and presumed source of the ejaculated fluid, and therefore it has been variously stated that stimulation of this spot results in ejaculation. These tissues, surrounding the distal urethra, and anterior to the vagina, have a common embryological origin to the prostatic tissue in the male.[55][56]"

If you are, indeed, urinating there might be some other issues at hand. If you are truly concerned I would see your GP.

  • Yes, but she said this condition stemmed from clitoral stimulation not vaginal- in that case I would agree that it could be female ejaculation.  Point of the story- best to see the doc.
  • I thought I was ejaculating, and that was what I took it as, until I was picking up the towel we used and it smelled like urine.  I hadn't really thought about talking to my doctor about it.  I probably should.
