What do you ladies do to get in and/or stay in shape? Do you have a certain routine you follow, certain exercises you do? What are your fave healthy foods? What do you do to motivate yourself?
I need new ideas, I'm bored with my regular routine and need motivation to exercise. I haven't done anything since the wedding and need to get off my butt.

Re: Exericise
I use Wii fitness coach. I've never tried Wii fit. This one doesn't use a balance board or anything, it's just regular exercise with a guide (aerobics, crunches, light weight training). It actually gets pretty tough and I see results when I keep at it. H and I also love to go swimming.
We've started having weekly soup nights. As long as you stay away from cream, soups can be so healthy and low cal. And I substitute ground chicken for ground beef a lot (love chicken tacos!)
I don't have a lot of advice about healthy snacking. I am not a healthy snacker
I try to mix it up. I'm getting ready for a marathon in a few months, so I have to run a few times a week usually. Sometimes I'll throw in walking instead. I also like group exercise classes at the Y, especially zumba, step, and turbo kick (I think those are my favorites because I used to teach them). Every now and then I get H to go to the park to play some tennis.
My healthy foods are usually whatever's good that's in season, so right now it's yummy summer fruit that I cut up as soon as I get home, otherwise I never snack on it.
I'm usually motivated by knowing how much better I feel and how much more productive I am when I'm on a good-exercise streak. I sleep better, I have more energy, etc. Plus I feel sexier, which is always motivation in and of itself!
before the wedding we were training for a 5k, but our running has totally fallen off.
we tend to bike a lot, but im trying to get back into the running.
as for eating, we had a small pasta/veggies meal thing going on for dinners and we've kept to it. it's dirt cheap and easy. once a week we'll go all out and make a nice dinner.
My Planning Bio
I usually do a mix of cardio (running on treadmill or elipticals) and lifting some weights.
After reading some of the other posts, I may try a class here soon depending on if I get another job or not. I get bored with my workout, too. H and I have also considering buying that P90x since a lot of you ladies have had good results with it. And we have a Wii, so maybe we will have to get the Wii Fitness coach like Chelsiver mentioned since we don't have the board yet.
We eat really healthy, I cook most every night. And we only do red meat once a week or so. We do eat a lot of fruits & veggies, and we have been into making our own fresh fruit smoothies with our new blender, which has been really easing getting our daily fruit intake. I don't normally eat lunch (which I need to do) so I am so hungry when I get home. I try to snack healthy or go straight to the gym, but not always does it work.
Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred, P90X, Wii Fit, elliptical, weight lifting...I just try to do a bunch of stuff. In the summer we do a lot of biking and kayaking too.
Last year I got up to my highest weight ever and I wasn't happy about it, or with my energy level. I just try to remember how much happier and healthier I am when I work out. Although I have to admit, yesterday was my first day of actually getting back into a regular workout since the wedding!
I like snacking, so usually I try to grab some fruit or cut up veggies. I love eating sugar snap peas. For dinner, we love eating chicken breast, asparagus and cous cous. Mostly we just try to eat some kind of lean protein and lots of veggies.
