Toledo Nesties
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Rather inexpensive ones, if possible.
Our 2-year anniversary is coming up next month. Not sure when we'll actually celebrate it because that'll be smack dab in the middle of DH's annual 2 week commitment for the guard.
Thoughts/ideas/gift giving suggestions?
As a side note, I wasn't able to do much of anything last year due to my unemployed status.

Re: need ideas please
Year two is supposed to be cotton... a new shirt? (Maybe like a 'bama shirt... that's his team, isn't it?) Slippers? Cute underwear for you?
Dinner out at someplace you normally wouldn't go? Picnic at a park?
On Sunday we are going to the Comfort Suites on 20, we rented the big Neptune Suite for $108 and added on a dinner at Tea Tree Bistro (any 2 apps and any 2 entr?es) for $30.00. We've done Belemere already, and this was rated a bit better on TripAdvisor. I'm really looking forward to it. Anything like that? Or an overnight in Ann Arbor? Overnight in Detroit for a Tigers game/casino? You can get Restaurant.com gift certificates online for Motorcity or Greektown, I believe. So you can save some money for dinner that way. And you can get your hotel on Priceline, just use Betterbidding.com to figure out what hotel your bidding on.
Hope that helps, I was throwing all of these around for us as well. GL!
These are all awesome ideas...I just we had the time! I've actually looked at Motor City before and they have package deals for games/hotel stays for pretty good deals. But an overnighter just isn't going to happen in the immediate future as we already have plans to go to Atlanta for a 3-day weekend in September (family wedding). We may go to Alabama for a weekend in October. When we do weekends away, we have to take the dog into consideration because she needs to be boarded.
You definitely have that right! My original idea was to do this...and give it to him with tickets to a game...may still do the shirt.
