So it's 12:30, and I am making carrot cake for my mom's birthday tomorrow, and it calls for 4 eggs; I have 3 eggs.So, does anyone eithera.) have a carrot cake recipe that calls for 3 or fewer eggs, orb.) know of a site where I could put in the ingredients and make it all work out (i.e. have it reduced for me so I don't have to do a bunch of math)?Thanks so much!??

God love Alton Brown's recipes, though he is of course dorky and obnoxious as all hell.?
Also, thank you to LMW for long ago pointing me in the direction of the Cook's Thesaurus so that I could find out that my suspicion that sour cream can be substituted for yogurt was correct. ?I mean honestly, who keeps plain yogurt hanging around?!?
Cook's Thesaurus has saved me so many times!
Be sure to post how the carrot cake turned out...looking for a good recipe!
