Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

grandpa update
Well, his break isn't so bad that he needs a total replacement (or so they think, but they'll make a final decision once they get in there. He's in surgery now, and the plan was to put in two rods and a plate, and that should be enough. He should be in surgery all day regardless, so I'll let y'all know when I hear something.
