How is everyone doing this week?
Both eating and exercising are going good for me. I decided that I really needed to get back on track and started doing the 30-day Shred again. So far so good... but today is only Day 3.
Re: Wellness Wednesday
I'm doing well.. went on one group bike ride Monday, and am planning on another one tonight if it doesn't rain. I think I'll swim for lunch just in case.
I started logging my food on the Livestrong MyPlate.. its cool and easy to use, though so far I've either been way under calories for the day, or way over. Meh.
I've been keeping up with C25K and just did week 6 day 1 yesterday. I think my next run will be tomorrow. Eating hasn't been so great, but I've stayed mostly within my calorie range on Livestrong, so I guess that's good. I could probably be making better food selections though
Feisty-that's awesome that you're taking tennis lessons, I think I'm going to start tennis through my town rec program in the fall
I am trying to keep myself on track. I've continued to do well at tracking my food this week, which really is quite an accomplishment since previously I never consistently did this. This week has been super busy with finals and out of town visitors, so exercising has gone out the window and I don't see it coming back anytime before Saturday- ugh! But I'm hoping to keep on going with eating on track.
I slipped up already with my eating out plan (1 lunch 2 dinners per week) since I already ate 2 lunches and 1 dinner out and have another dinner planned. But all were relatively inexpensive ($11, $8, and $5) so I feel like it wasn't a horrible decision.
Spiritual health- I just want to include this since I'm so excited to be going back to the same church for the second week in a row. And it is nice that DH actually seems to be looking forward to it as well!
I'm not doing all that well this week but that was on purpose haha!
Today's my birthday and my family has been in town since Sunday. I'm enjoying myself. I'm not over indulging but I'm eating out a lot and of course splitting dessert with Dh at night lol.
I'll get back on track this weekend but I'm definitely enjoying myself haha
