it's gotten a LOT better. I popped one of everything i could find and almost took a 2nd aleve but remembered your overdose and decided against it. haha. I had a diet coke w/ lunch. I think that helped.
it's stupid sinuses. i've been having a horrible time for the past few weeks. going to the doc next week to see what's up.

My sinuses have been bothering me lately also. I have just been drinking alot more water. I dont want to take sinus medicine right now cause it is not bad enough but in my head the water is helping, Not sure if it is or not.
yeah, my friend in tuscaloosa said she's been having tons of sinus problems too. maybe something's in the air?
i've been drinking tons and tons of water too. my throat is so sore every day from drainage while i sleep. monday i was so nauseous b/c of all the drainage. it's just no fun! i hope the dr. can help me. it's the guy who did my sinus surgery 2 years ago. I really feel like having that surgery messed me up
I never had problems like this before the surgery.

it must be something in our air right now. and i am sure going from the cool in our offices to the extreme heat and humidity outside is not helping at all!
You know my friend had sinus surgery a few years ago and hearing her stories has made me consider it. But i know you still have problems with yours so I am not sure i would want to go through all that!
