Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: Stupid question-you have been warned
You have to upload it to a picture hosting site like www.photobucket.com. Once you do that, they will give you an html code for the picture, that you copy and paste into your siggy. And you might have to shrink the pic before you copy it so that it will fit. You can also do that on photobucket.

Thanks lmparlett! I had no trouble putting a pic in my "avatar box" or whatever it's called but I just wasn't able to put one in my siggy.
