Does anyone have a wonderful pork loin recipe they'd like to rec?
Has anyone ever cooked one of these bad boys in a crock pot?
Re: WC failed me
i doooo! its on my blog here:
crock pot pork tenderloin
place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet. pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat. carefully spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible. sprinkle with pepper, cover, and cook on low setting for 4 hours. serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.
I don't have any red wine
That sounds perfect though!!!
And I had no idea you have food related stuff in your blog!
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
this is one of alex faves and ive used coke instead of red wine before - comes out goooood.
oh my goodness, pork carnitas are the BEST
I do pork loin in the crockpot all the time
Now THAT is what I was looking for. If only we had beer in the house :-/

you can sub out the beer for water or beef broth or something, it just won't have the exact same flavor
I don't have a crockpot recipe but
Take your pork loin and season with sea salt or kosher salt, pepper, vinegar, parsley and anything else you want.
Sear it in a skillet for about a minute on each side then throw it in the oven @ 375 until the internal temp is at 145, then I add some raspberry chipotle sauce I grabbed at Costco. Continue cooking until internal temp is at 150-155 then take it out and let it sit for a few minutes.
I'll serve it with steamed red potatoes.
