Does anyone have any fabulous recipes to share? I am always trying new things but once you visit all the popular sites, everything starts to look the same! I feel like I have exhausted delish.com, foodnetwork.com, bhg.com and cookinglight.com.

This dish from Real Simple is also a fave, and I tend to add shrimp to it and substitute cilantro for the parsley (so much more flavorful IMHO). I've served it to lots of guests because it's so simple and easy and everyone has loved it.
