As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My boss is driving me UP the wall!!!! One of our client managers quit almost a month ago. Right away I said that it was going to be too much work for my boss to take on....she said oh now it will be fine. Well it isn't fine. She is cranky, stressed out and going nutty. She asks me the same questions over and over again. She asks for direction and goes in the opposite. You can't take on 2 jobs and deal with your insane personal life.
I am getting sick of people getting blamed for stuff. I keep saying it's not this person fault etc, but she goes right back to the same thing.
Someone come kidnap me!
